Neethaane En Ponvasantham Movie Preview

After the fresh, poetic romance tale Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Gautham Menon follows the love formula to present another romantic flick titled Neethaane En Ponvasantham. The movie is produced by Kumar and Jayaram of RS Infotainment.

The title is inspired by a song from the 1982 film Ninaivellam Nithya. The movie stars Jiiva and Samantha in the lead roles. Santhanam is taking care of the comedy while Anupama Kumar & Ravi Raghavendra are in pivotal roles.

Neethaane En Ponvasantham is a trilingual film, being simultaneously shot in Telugu and Hindi. Gautham Menon becomes the first director to direct a film shot simultaneously in three different languages! Gautham Menon says "Each shot by cameraman M. S. Prabhu is taken three times for three different versions as the three heroes are different. I know it is very difficult and time consuming, but it is working out well"

A. R. Rahman composes the music while the cinematography is by M.S. Prabhu. Anthony is in charge of the Editing.

Neethaane En Ponvasantham is a Valentines Day special, which is set to release on the 14th of February, 2012! Till then, the world can wait with bated breath to see whether the movie will recreate the magic of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa!
